         Craniosacral Therapy
Sometimes all the body needs to activate the healing process is a light touch by a skilled hand.  Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating & enhancing the functioning of the Craniosacral system--comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.  With just a soft touch, the practitioner can release restrictions in the Craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
